Offers adult day health for older adults and adults with disabilities. Services offered include skilled nursing, occupational therapy, social work, behavioral health, case management, personal care, transportation coordination, lunch and therapeutic groups. Extended service hours allow clients and families to have access to supervised care before and after the formal day program.
