Eligibility

Unpaid adult caregivers, ages 18 and older, caring for someone age 60 and older or an adult age 18 or older with a disability. Caregiver must live in King County. Care recipient must not be on Medicaid funded long-term care services (i.e. COPES, CFC). Focus on Asian and Chinese background caregivers, especially those caring for someone who has dementia or other health conditions.

Information and resources support. Services may be delivered through phone, office/home visits or other venues.
