Description

Provides all general and acute inpatient services, along with specialized programs in maternity, cancer, cardiac, neurosciences, orthopedics and bariatrics.   Hospitalists are on site 24 hours daily. The Neuroscience Institute offers four advanced treatment programs: Primary Stroke Center offers acute care and interventional radiology treatments. Booth Gardner Parkinson’s Care Center provides treatment for Parkinson's disease, including a program for managing deep-brain stimulation. Northwest Parkinson's Foundation is a partner in this Care Center. Staff includes Parkinson's-specializing physicians, neuropsychologists, physical and occupational therapists, speech and swallowing therapists, counselors and educators. Movement Disorders Center provides diagnosis and treatment for the full range of movement disorders, from dystonia, spasticity and restless legs syndrome to tremor and Tourette's syndrome. Multiple Sclerosis Center offers diagnosis and treatment, access to clinical trials, and MS-trained rehabilitation physician. The Institute also offers neurorehabilitation, access to clinical trials, educational programs and wellness programs.
