Members of the professional music community only. Must have proof of work in the music industry for at least five years or credited contribution to six commercially released recordings or videos. Documentation can be provided in a variety of ways including: - Liner note credits - Copies of contracts - Check stubs - Brochures or flyers - Newspaper articles

Description

Provides emergency financial assistance to musicians and recording industry professionals in times of need. Assistance grants may be applied to medical and dental expenses, such as doctor/dentist/hospital bills, prescriptions, addiction recovery treatment, psychotherapy and treatment for chronic illnesses. Assistance may also be provided for emergency rent and utility payments. Also provides addiction recovery services and support and referrals to other appropriate agencies.
