Provides financial assistance toward preventing evictions or preventing a power or water shutoff. Three rent assistance appointments and five utility assistance appointments are scheduled each Monday, with appointments usually held on Wednesdays.

Application process
Call at 9am on Monday to schedule a Wednesday appointment between 1 and 3 pm. When a national holiday falls on a Monday, call on Tuesday morning.
Eligibility
Residents of the Kent School District. Assistance limited to once every 12 months.
