From State Route 20 turn north onto Howard St.  Turn right onto S Park, left onto W Park Ave, then left onto Commerce Loop.

Households that are literally homeless, and where the Head of Household is over 24. Homeless situations include:    - living in shelter,    - on the streets,    - in a car/vehicle,    - in a motel paid for by a non-profit.   Couch surfing, doubling up with family or friends, or staying in a hotel do not qualify.
M-F, 9am-4pm.
