Seattle Developmental Bridge Program offered by Boyer Children's Clinic at Magnuson Park

The Bridge program offers immediate supports to children birth to 48 months who did not qualify for ESIT or came as a late referral (34-48 months), and those whose continuity of care was impacted by the transition out of Early Supports and need short-term services and help connecting to their next program.

Application process

Call for an appointment with the Intake Coordinator. Agency also connects with housing service providers to help eliminate barriers to accessing services for children and families facing unstable housing.

Fee

Sliding scale fees. Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and many private commercial insurances.

Eligibility

A child is eligible for services if they meet the following criteria: - Birth through age four years old (enrolling up to 47 months) and live in the City of Seattle - A developmental assessment of the child determines that the child is: Not currently eligible for ESIT services, but demonstrates delays or concerns; or Would be eligible for ESIT, but outside the age range and not currently provided with school district services; and - Specific additional eligibility requirements are identified on the Seattle Developmental Bridge Intake Form

Boyer Children's Clinic

Provides diagnostic evaluation and treatment for any child, birth through adolescence, who has a neuromuscular disorder, such as cerebral palsy, or developmental delay including those caused by autism. Offers inclusive toddler and preschool educational groups.
