Crisis Response Hotline offered at Safe Place
Safe Place Coordinators provide 24 hour a day, seven days a week, on call, in person and over the phone support to vulnerable youth, ages 12-17. Youth adults, ages 18-24, are referred to Willows Youth Services Center. Safe Place works closely with existing emergency youth shelter providers including Friends of Youth, YouthCare and Cocoon House. Current Safe Place sites include: Metro Transit buses, YMCAs of Greater Seattle and the King County Library System. A complete map of all Safe Place locations can be seen online.

Application process
Call or text the 24/7 hotline or enter a business, library, community building or public bus displaying the yellow and black diamond-shaped Safe Place sign and request help.

Youth ages 12-17 in crisis and seeking immediate assistance. Young adults ages 18-24 are referred to Willows Youth Service Center.
