Adults with mental illness who, for whatever reason, are not receiving case management from other providers.
Enrolled consumers: 24 hours daily. Others: M-F, 9am-5pm.

Coordinates case management, Prepaid Health Plan (PHP), family support, symptom management coordination, assistance with daily living skills, social and recreational assistance, and advocacy for adults with mental illness.  Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).
