Eligibility

Children ages 1-18 years old. Pregnant women. Adults 19-64 who are enrolled in Medicaid or ineligible solely due to citizenship status. Seniors 65+ who are enrolled in Medicaid or ineligible solely due to citizenship status and who are very low income. Belltown clinic only serves homeless clients ages 13 and older.

Fee

Tiered flat fee for those who are uninsured. Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid). Private insurance is not accepted.

Public Health - Seattle & King County's Public Health Centers

Provides health care services to King County residents at a network of Public Health Centers and numerous additional clinics and offices. Some services available through home-visits. Services (depending on location) include pediatric and adult primary care, dental care, STD treatment, confidential HIV testing, birth control, family planning, maternity support services, new parent assistance, WIC nutrition services. First Steps: is a two part program that helps pregnant and parenting individuals to have healthy pregnancies and healthy babies and preventive care. The downtown Seattle (Belltown) location has a buprenorphine clinic where they treat adults with Opioid Use Disorder. Offers health screenings for refugees at the downtown Seattle (Belltown) location and confidential teen clinics at some sites. Operates two mobile medical vans in King County for those who are experiencing homelessness. Language interpretation available for all services.
