Eligibility

Homeless women and women with children who are enrolled in one of KentHOPE's programs. Service animals and mental health companion animals are accepted; must provide certification/documentation. Day Center and shower facilities do not have special accommodations for people with physical disabilities and mobility devices. Must be able to climb stairs.

Description

Operates a day center for homeless women and women with children. The following services are available to clients in a safe environment: - Hot meals, snacks and food to go - Restrooms - Clothing and hygiene items - Mail service - Job search assistance Staff onsite can assist with computer and phone access, benefit enrollment, housing search assistance. Also may provide direct shelter bed placement into Seattle's Union Gospel Mission Women and Children Shelter for eligible women with or without children when available.
