Those that live within the counties of Clallam, Jefferson, King and Kitsap counties. Must have a household income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level. Must be uninsured or have insurance that doesn't cover the full cost of health check-ups or services like mammogram or Pap test. Breast exams and cervical screenings: -  Adults of all genders ages 40-64 who are at risk of developing breast or cervical cancer. -  Adults ages 35+ with pronounced breast development who are experiencing cancer-like symptoms are also eligible. -  Adults ages 65+ who are ineligible for Medicare   Colon screenings: Adults of all genders

Refers eligible men and women to locations of the Washington Breast, Cervical and Colon Health Program. Generally refers to community clinics, where women can receive: -  Clinical breast exams -  Mammograms -  Pap tests -  Pelvic exams -  Case management
