Offers reduced water, sewer and garbage rates for qualifying households. For households who are directly billed by the city as a customer: - Reduced income water rates are 50% of the basic water charge. Consumption is charged at the normal rate. - Reduced sewer rates are 75% of the basic charge. Normal rates apply to usage above the basic rate. - Solid waste rates for qualified low-income single family residential customers is 60% of the regular solid waste rates for each service level. For households residing in a multifamily residential unit with utility costs itemized into their rental agreement or rental bill: - A rebate for applicable city-owned utilities based on the utility payment amounts specified in the rental agreement or bill. For households residing in a multifamily residential unit with utility costs included in the rental amount: - A rebate for applicable city-owned utilities based on the residential unity size.
