Description
Provides inpatient care for adults with concurrent mental illness and substance use disorders. Designed to address a wide range and severity of symptoms. Goal is to stabilize the acute symptoms of the mental illness while providing evaluation, education and initial treatment for substance use disorder. Includes: - Integrative substance use disorder and mental health therapy - Process, psycho-education and skill building groups - Substance use education and assessment - On-site NA/AA meetings - Integrated recreational, occupational, music and art therapies. - Activity based groups including yoga and drama - Aftercare placement services - Medication assisted detoxification from alcohol, opiates and benzodiazepines - 24 hour nursing and monitoring of withdrawal symptoms.
