Provides primary health care services for refugees and immigrants, including internal medicine, international medicine and travel medicine. Staff specialize in providing services to people of diverse cultural backgrounds. Community House Calls program works with members of the refugee and immigrant communities to visit patients at home and make follow-up visits. Interpreters are available with a focus on Southeast Asian languages and East African languages.

Refugees or immigrants, ages 16 and older, who have been in the United States for less than 12 months. Must be able to provide documentation of refugee/immigrant status.
