Description
Provides individualized support services for kinship families. Kinship care is the full-time care and nurturing of children by relatives. Staff help kinship families apply for public funding, social work services, child development activities, school advocacy and other child-specific services. Focus is on ensuring legal permanency for children in the child welfare system.
