Provides limited rent assistance to King County residents who currently owe rent. Rent assistance funds are limited and cannot be guaranteed.

Application process
Complete an intake form on the website. When visiting the website, scroll down past the text to find the red button that says "Intake Form". Eligible households will be added to the random selection pool. Please complete only one intake form per household. If you receive a validation error after submission of the form it means you have already completed a form and do not need to submit another. Selected households will be notified via email about their next steps. If a household is not selected, they continue to have the chance to be selected each week. For questions, fill out online support form.

Eligibility
Must reside in King County. Household income must not exceed 80% Area Median Income (AMI) for household size. Household must owe back rent to the landlord at their current address. Landlord must agree to participate.
