Veterans, service members and their families/households living in King County.   Veteran is defined as a person who has served as either an active duty or reservist member in any of the armed forces recognized by the United States Department of Defense. Anyone that has served at least one day on active duty, their spouse and immediate family.

Description

Provides case management, referrals, advocacy, and supportive services for veterans, service members and their families; focused on creating opportunities related to housing stability, financial stability, healthy living, social engagement, and service system access.   Through a collaborative case management process, the assigned social service professional will help determine the type and levels of services and resources for which one may be eligible, including VA, federal, or state level benefits.
