Eligibility

Those that are low-income and living in the Kent School District: ZIP codes 98030, 98031, 98032, 98042 and 98058. Serves families with children, people with disabilities and seniors ages 60 and older. Amount required to prevent shut-off must be at or below $200 at time of application.
