Homeowners receiving the King County property tax reduction OR Renters who are age 61 and older, or adults age 18 and older who have a permanent disability. For renters, combined household income must be at or below $84,000.00 per year. Highline Water District extends from just east of Interstate Highway 5 on the east to the Puget Sound on the west, and from State Route 518 on the north to South 284th Place on the south.
