Description
Helps people who have high-risk pregnancies or are experiencing pregnancy complications, such as a gestational diabetes diagnosis, care for and prevent further risks and complications. In high-risk pregnancies, or in cases where direct closer supervision is called for, Maternal-Fetal Medicine can provide complete obstetrical care. Offers pre-conception counseling for people with diabetes to help ensure a person's blood glucose levels, medications, nutrition and overall health are all in line to help them have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby.
