Provides informal peer counseling, information and referral, monthly meetings for local members and wheelchair sports programs.

Providing organization

Northwest Chapter of the Paralyzed Veterans of America

Helps clients negotiate with the Veterans Administration, file for compensation, and receive full benefits. Advocates for full implementation of Title V (Federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973) and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Also offers support services including peer counseling, mental health services, and referrals to related support programs and wheelchair-related recreational activities.
