Description

Provides one-on-one financial education, counseling and coaching to people with disabilities and their families. Assistance includes: - Benefits coaching - Taking control of debt - Dealing with debt collectors - Developing new credit. - Improving credit and FICO scores - Creating and managing a budget - Opening and maintenance of affordable mainstream bank accounts. - Identity theft resources - Setting up an ABLE account Also provides connection to other services including tax preparation and legal advice for various financial issues

Provides low-interest loans for people with disabilities to purchase assistive technology, including hearing aids, scooters, and computer equipment. Provides free one-on-one financial coaching for people with disabilities to address financial concerns, understand their benefits, and set and work toward financial goals.
