Urgent Care Clinic offered by University of Washington at School of Dentistry
Provides urgent care dental services for patients who are experiencing discomfort or feel like they need immediate care. Service is limited to urgent care; follow-up care may be required at a later time. Care rendered will be dependent upon assessed needs. Due to the high volume of patients seen, prospective users of this service are encouraged to first contact their dentist of record unless the problem is of a truly emergent nature. Dental services are provided by student dentists and supervised by faculty dentists.

M-F, 8:30am-noon, 1:30-4:30pm. After hours service is available at the University of Washing-n Medical Center's Emergency Department.
Application process
Urgent dental care is offered in Room B-229. There is no guarantee that drop-in patients will be seen, so it is strongly encouraged to make an appointment. Due to the academic calendar, appointments may be limited at times. After 5 pm on weekdays and on weekends and holidays, go to a local hospital emergency room for care.
Eligibility
Patients that are experiencing pain, swelling or bleeding.
Fee
May have lower prices than that of a private dentistry. Does not offer sliding scale fees or charity care. Accepts insurance, including WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and private pay.
