- Can train at age 16, and deploy with adult supervision.

Description
Performs technical rescue of animals in emergency situations when requested by a government agency or the animals' owners. Recruits, trains and supervises WASART and non-WASART volunteers to staff emergency temporary animal shelters in pre-selected locations and facilities with provided supplies and equipment at the invitation of a requesting agency or organization. Post-disaster, works to reunite the animals with their owners.
