Description

Helps adults, their friends, support persons and family members learn and practice the skills needed to manage and control diabetes. Offers one-on-one diabetes counseling as well as in a class format.  Additionally has classes especially for people with pre-diabetes.  Topics include diabetes and its complications, how to monitor glucose levels, what to eat, exercise, medication management and eye and foot care.
