DSHS - Developmental Disabilities Administration contract support services for individuals age 18 or older who are enrolled with DDA on the Core Waiver.

Application process

Typically, referrals are made through DDA. Will spend time with person and their family to share information about the agency's mission, philosophy and vision. Will get to know the person in order to determine whether agency can safely and effectively support them and to jointly determine whether the agency is the best option for them.

Fees

Supported Living Funding provided via Core Waiver through DDA with a mutual agreement for services and support between the person and the agency. Community Inclusion funding provided by King County through DDA referral.
