Provides rent assistance based on individual needs. Funds are paid directly to the service provider. Also provides move-in assistance for people who are moving into or within the area served. Pays up to $250 for rent or move-in.

Those that are living in ZIP codes 98103, 98105, 98115 and 98125. Move-in assistance reserved for persons moving into or within the area served. Eviction notice not required for rent assistance. Must have landlord's or manager's name and phone number for verification purposes. Will call to verify. Financial assistance is offered once a lifetime from the agency.
