Manages affordable one- and two- bedroom apartment housing throughout King County and western Washington for age and income qualified senior residents. Qualifications are building specific and vary with each location. Apartments and buildings are wheelchair accessible and many are barrier free. Waiting lists apply for some buildings. We have availability if someone is flexible with their location. Rents vary with apartment size and building. Laundry facilities are located in each building. Some apartment homes have individual hook-ups. Locations in: Auburn (Legacy Plaza) Federal Way Kent Tukwila Puyallup Renton Seattle Tacoma Bellevue Mountlake Terrace Bothell West Seattle
