Residential Program offered at Jubilee Women's Center

Jubilee’s two-year transitional housing program offers a safe, supportive living environment for women experiencing homelessness in King County. The program focuses on employment readiness, financial independence, and personal growth. Residents live in fully furnished private rooms within shared dormitory-style homes, and participate in structured phases designed to help them stabilize, build skills, and prepare for permanent housing.

Application process

Call for more information or other options to the online form. Once applications and references are reviewed, eligible applicants are interviewed by the program staff. There is frequently a waitlist to access available rooms.

Fee

Residents pay monthly room fees which increase incrementally over the first 6 months, with full fees being charged starting month 7. See website for current rates. Program fees and a $100 refundable deposit.

Eligibility

Applicants must: Identify as a woman (18+), without children in care (pregnant women may apply and stay up to 6 months postpartum). Experiencing housing instability or homelessness. Income between $1,000–$2,750/month ($12,000–$33,000/year). Have lived in King County for at least six months. Able to live cooperatively in community housing. Agree to stay clean and sober (on and offsite; random drug testing may apply). Have the ability to live independently. Willing to participate in case management, classes, and community chores.
