Application process
Call for a phone screening to determine service availability and confirm eligibility. If client is eligible and there is an opening, they will be scheduled for an intake appointment.

Eligibility
Must be experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Household being served must include a veteran who has served at least one day of active duty in the military or has VA health care benefits. Household income must be at or below 50% of the Area Median Income.
