Description
Promotes well-being and decreases isolation for those impacted by chronic illness through support and education. Currently offers 23 free online support groups open to those in the state of Washington and across the country. Support Groups include but not limited to: - Living with Chronic Illness - Living Mindfully with Chronic Illness - Rare Chronic Illness - Parenting Chronic Illness (for parents of children who live with ongoing health challenges) - Living with Cystinosis
