Those experiencing homelessness or with income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. All pets must be spayed or neutered to receive continued veterinary care. If they are not upon first visit, a list of options will be provided. Two pets maximum may be seen per visit, with a maximum of three registered pets per household. Those who yell at or argue with staff or volunteers will be asked to leave. All animals must be on a leash or in a carrier.
