Going northbound or southbound on I-5, take the 164th Street/Mill Creek Exit (#183).  At the end of the exit ramp, turn east onto 164th Street.  Stay on 164th Street to the bottom of the hill and turn left at the traffic signal at Mill Creek Boulevard.  Continue on Mill Creek Boulevard until you pass the post office on your right, and Mill Creek Clinic on your left.  At the traffic light, turn left onto Main Street, just after the Mill Creek Clinic.  City Hall is the second driveway on your left.  Mill Creek Senior Center is the next (3rd) driveway.  The main office is at the top of the stairs/elevator on the second floor.

Description

Operates a Fitness Center and provides fitness programs and classes. Fitness Center provides cardiovascular and strength-training equipment specifically for older adults. A physical fitness trainer is available to work with participants.  Classes include  -  EnhanceFitness - an exercise program that includes balance, flexibility and aerobic training -  Matter of Balance - learn about fall hazards and exercise to improve strength and balance -  Qigong - Tai Chi -  Walking group -  Various yoga classes -  Strength class. Classes change quarterly.
