Offers information, individualized consultation, referrals and workshops about community and government resources for people of all ages. Common topics include, but are not limited to: - Social Security benefits such as SSI and SSDI - Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) eligibility and services - Special education - School issues - Early intervention and birth-to-3 services - Child care - Housing options - Employment services - Personal and respite care - Finding doctors or therapists - Transportation - Recreational activities - Guardianship and alternatives - Special needs trusts
