Offers diabetes classes, individual consultations, a diabetes prevention class and a diabetes support group. Classes include information on diabetes management and lifestyle choices for those who are newly diagnosed, as well as those who have had diabetes for many years. Also has classes for women with gestational diabetes. Coordinates a free diabetes support group once a month.
