Residents of Lake Forest Park:  -  Applicant or spouse/co-applicant must have a disability recognized by the Social Security Administration OR - Ages 62 and older AND -  Owned and resided at the service address for at least one year prior to the date of application  AND -  One-person gross income must be less than $40,500 per year and two-person gross income must be less than $46,300 per year
