Offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient health care services, including diagnosis and treatment. Inpatient services include obstetrics and rehabilitative services. Outpatient primary medical services include diagnosis and treatment, family medicine, geriatrics, pediatric care, immunizations, minor surgery, individual and family counseling (for patients), nursing care, a sleep laboratory, urgent care and public education. The Swedish Heart and Vascular Institute and the Swedish Neuroscience Institute are located at the Cherry Hill Campus. Heart and Vascular Institute offers advanced cardiovascular care, including prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation. The Neuroscience Institute provides diagnostics, medical and surgical treatments and rehabilitation resources in most neurological fields, including brain tumors, carotid artery stenosis, child neurology, multiple sclerosis, sleep disorders and stroke. Palliative care helps patients and their families deal with physical, social, emotional and spiritual dimensions of death and dying. Offers discharge planning which includes coordinating home care with other community resources and securing alternate living situations, as needed.
