Provides sexual and reproductive health services to teens, including birth control and emergency contraception. Also offers sexually transmitted disease screening and testing and HIV/AIDS testing, including PrEP. Offers pregnancy testing, and counseling and referrals to pregnancy care, abortion and adoption services. Provides information about sexual health. Services are private and confidential.

Visit in person during drop-in hours or call for an appointment. All clinics make appointments for teens any time during the week, including same-day appointments if available. Many Teen Clinics are times during a regular clinic's schedule that are reserved just for teens to walk-ins.
Fee
Accepts Family Planning Only coverage, for which most teens do qualify. Offers sliding scale with lower range of $0. Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and private insurance; donations are strongly encouraged.
Eligibility
King County youth up to their 21st birthday. Washington state law says parental consent is not required at any age for family planning services such as birth control or pregnancy testing. For STD testing and treatment, teens who are 14 and older may access services without getting permission from a parent or guardian.

Provides health care services to King County residents at a network of Public Health Centers and numerous additional clinics and offices. Some services available through home-visits. Services (depending on location) include pediatric and adult primary care, dental care, STD treatment, confidential HIV testing, birth control, family planning, maternity support services, new parent assistance, WIC nutrition services. First Steps: is a two part program that helps pregnant and parenting individuals to have healthy pregnancies and healthy babies and preventive care. The downtown Seattle (Belltown) location has a buprenorphine clinic where they treat adults with Opioid Use Disorder. Offers health screenings for refugees at the downtown Seattle (Belltown) location and confidential teen clinics at some sites. Operates two mobile medical vans in King County for those who are experiencing homelessness. Language interpretation available for all services.
