Application process

All medicines are received via mail. Visit website or call for income eligibility restrictions and to see if medication is available. Website available in English and Spanish. Most drugs can be purchased for $20-$50 per 90 day supply. The list on the website shows the pricing for all drugs offered. Obtain a prescription from your doctor. If medicine is in Tier 1 or Tier 2 of drug list, ask doctor about a 180-day supply with one refill. If medicine is in Tier 3, ask doctor about a 90-day supply with three refills. Mail the completed application, prescription(s) and payment to: Rx Outreach, 3171 Riverport Tech Center Dr. Maryland Heights, MO 63043 Prescriptions may be faxed to 1-800-875-6591. FAXED PRESCRIPTIONS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FROM A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER’S OFFICE/FACILITY. Please arrange for payment prior to having your prescription faxed. Once payment and prescription are received, please allow 24-48 hours for processing.
