Description
Provides an outpatient substance use disorder program, including substance use disorder assessments, for individuals and groups. Also offers suboxone. Three combined openings for Medicaid and private insurance clients per week are available. Individual and group counseling is offered but not required. Medication induction can occur same-day. Primary care services is required. Pregnant women are accepted.

Offers maternal and infant health services as well as the WIC program. Additionally provides emergency assistance and safety planning for victims of domestic violence.
