Description

EnhanceWellness Program: Improves health and functioning of older adults by increasing physical and emotional well-being through a health behavior change program. Social Work Consultation: Provides individuals needing assistance from a social worker for health, depression, loss and grief, life transitions, etc. Community Resource Specialist Consultation: Helps connect individuals to public benefits they may be eligible for with support in completion of application materials. (VA benefits, DSHS, public utilities, tax relief, food assistance, transportation, etc.)
