Outreach workers connect homeless and precariously housed veterans to housing as well as case management and employment. Outreach workers are located at multiple sites and can travel to where the veteran is located as well. Program services include - Immediate needs such food, clothing, transportation, and access to shelter; - Employability needs and skills assessment; - Job readiness services, including transitional housing assistance, basic skills training, therapeutic work, résumé development Contracts with other agencies to find shelter for single adult veterans.

Eligibility
All veterans regardless of length of military service in the Puget Sound region. National Guard members must have served their full term unless assigned to active duty. Focuses on veterans who are homeless, without permanent housing or otherwise precariously housed.
