Eligibility

Low-income residents of the White Center area, including ZIP codes 98106, 98108 (west of the Duwamish, in the South Park neighborhood), 98116, 98126, 98136, 98146, 98148, 98158, 98166, 98168, 98188 and 98198 (north of 216th). North of 216th Street will generally incorporate address numbers beginning lower than 216 as street numbers increase in numerical value, going south in King County. Clients must have exhausted entitlement resources such as the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and Project Share and be a customer of the utility from which funds will be furnished. Valley View Sewer District assistance is available to homeowners only.
