Adults, ages 18 and older, who are experiencing homelessness   Must be willing to do manual labor and have the ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.   Prospective participants must pass a physical exam.   Clients must have motivation to work on their personal barriers in order to gain permanent employment and establish a self-sustaining household.   Must be clean and sober.

Description

Workers receive wages for 40 hours per week, generally for up to one year. Computer-assisted education program offers basic skills education, computer skills, job, and life skills. Offers support services, case management, and job placement assistance. Bus fare is provided.
