The Senior Nutrition Program consists of both congregate nutrition services to help increase the nutrient intake of older individuals who might not eat adequately, and through better nutrition, assist them to remain healthy and independent in their communities. The client base is senior citizens over 60+, unless a person younger and accompanied by a senior. Hot meals are served from five senior centers five days a week.

A frozen, delivery meal program is available upon request for a $6 suggested donation through Sound Generations. A 12-passenger van transports individuals to and from the lunch program.

A safe place for youth and young people to come and hang out, access hygiene items, survival gear, support team, guide to housing, transitional housing, clothes, rental assistance, serving a free lunch from 12:30pm-1:30pm every day that we are open.
