Provides critical and minor home repairs that alleviate health and safety issues for qualified homeowners in King and Kittitas Counties. Also offers CAPABLE program to help older adults live safely in their home by partnering an Occupational Therapist and Registered Nurse together to set goals with the homeowner to achieve in a 4-5 month period. A handy-worker can potentially be involved to make minor repairs and modifications based on the goals set.

Provides and promotes the repair and maintenance of housing for low-to-moderate income residents of the city of Tukwila. Housing repair services will focus on maintaining the safety and health of the occupants; preserving the dwelling and/or conserving energy. Services include, but are not limited to:   Electrical: - faulty lights, switches, plugs, circuits or exhaust fans Plumbing: - faulty toilets, clogged drains, leaking faucets, faulty water heaters Disability Aids: - installation of grab bars, hand rails, hand held showerheads, bath seats, access ramps, and application of non-skid surfaces Safety: - installation of smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and locksets   Other: - faulty furnaces, faulty gutters and roof leaks, broken window glass panes

Offers grants for home repair assistance to low- and moderate-income homeowners in the city of Kent.   To qualify, repairs must help with at least one of the following: -  Maintain the health and safety of occupants -  Preserve the dwelling   Free repairs may include:   -  Plumbing, electrical and carpentry -  Disabled access -  Furnace service -  Storm doors, roof and window repairs -  Smoke detectors repaired or installed -  Other smaller work items

Offers free home repairs to low income homeowners and nonprofit facilities in the greater Seattle area.   Focuses on repairs that promote warmth, safety, and independence.   Common repairs include the following: -  Wheelchair ramps and other accessibility improvements -  Installation of grab bars to improve safety -  Plumbing and electrical work -  Flooring repair or replacement -  Painting, interior and exterior -  Window repair or replacement -  Clutter removal -  Yard clean-up    Local businesses provide material donations and work is completed by volunteers. Does not offer grants or loans.

Provides free minor home repairs to lower income Renton Homeowners such as electrical, plumbing, minor roof leaks, furnace, and ADA items as well as smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Program emphasis is for health and safety repairs of the home.  

"Rampathon" weekend event coordinates volunteers who build wheelchair access ramps for low-income homeowners who have long-term physical needs. Rampathon is held annually on a Saturday in May.
