Provides the following services for individuals approved by DSHS:   -  Transportation Assistance (Orca LIFT annual free bus pass) -  Essential Needs (hygienic and cleaning supplies once per month, valued at $65-$75) -  Housing Search Assistance for those experiencing homelessness - Light case management and referrals to other services, primarily at intake -  Employment Counseling   Ongoing Rent/Utility Assistance or back pay assistance may be available to renters who are already enrolled in HEN, as funds become available. Cannot provide ongoing rent/utility payments for those households living in subsidized housing as defined as public housing (SHA, KCHA or RHA buildings) or those receiving a section 8 Housing Choice Voucher. Can only guarantee monthly payments 90 days at a time. At some point, it is expected that HEN recipients will need to begin covering rent with their own resources.

Dignity for Divas (DfD) operates core programs designed to promote stability and self-sufficiency, supporting long-term housing success using a three-tiered self-care model. Tier 1 – Diva Duty: • Monthly distribution of Diva Survival Kits containing 10-15 personal care and hygiene items for unsheltered individuals (primarily women). • Includes Diva Outreach Survival Guide with local resources, shelter maps, and DfD contact information. Tier 2 – Welcome Home Program: • Welcome Home Kits provided to women recently transitioned into housing, including: o Cleaning supplies o Toilet paper and paper towels o Kitchen utensils o Bedding items o Full-size personal care products o Toys and books for children (when available) • Access to healing, supportive program materials • Monthly health & wellness and skill-building workshops for one full year, including a Mommy & Me Workshop Series • Referrals to partner agencies for furniture assistance • Access to weekly food shopping pantry appointments (by appointment only) Tier 3 – Diva Dream: • Diva Dream Kits awarded to women who maintain permanent housing for six months as a milestone of success and continued connection.

Operates a food pantry for residents living in the parish boundaries. May also have various household items such as paper towels, toilet paper, hygiene needs, etc.

Provides non-perishable and fresh food and household items, such as the following and more: - Canned goods - Fresh produce - Cereal and milk - Peanut butter and jelly - Eggs (once a month) - Bakery items - Tortillas, pinto beans, rice and pasta - Snacks and beverages - Sugar and salt - Laundry soap and bar soap - Diapers and other baby items - Toothbrushes and toothpaste (once per month) - Toilet paper - Pet food

Provides perishable and non-perishable food items, as well as commodities of government surplus food such as cheese and peanut butter. Sometimes offers a limited supply of pet food. The market resembles a grocery store where shoppers may choose from displays stocked with healthy foods and non-grocery essentials. Many items are provided by local growers and grocers. Regularly stocked items include: - Fresh produce - Cultural staples - Meat - Dairy products - Bread - Canned and other nonperishable goods - Formula and baby supplies may also be available.

Distributes material goods received from partner organizations to other nonprofits and households in need for a fee. Items available vary depending on what is received, but may include any of the following: - Kitchenware - Toys - School supplies - Furniture (typically bedframes and computer desks) - Sheets and bedding - Outdoor hardware - Recreational items - Diapers and other baby supplies - Clothing - Hygiene items - Cleaning products - Sleeping bags - Tents - Car seats
