Offers a 30% utility reduction rate to eligible low-income older adults and those with disabilities who receive disability payments from SSA, SSI, SSDI or Veteran's Administration. The discount does not apply to Metro, actual water consumption, street lighting, surcharges, miscellaneous fees or late charges. The rate reduction will take effect the billing cycle following application approval. There are no adjustments for prior months.    Billing cycle is every two months.

Offers a 50% discount in utility rates to low-income older adults and customers who are permanently disabled.  Discount applies to sewer, solid waste, storm drainage and water.  Low-income older adults and customers who are permanently disabled who pay utilities through a third party such as a landlord or property manager can apply for a utility rebate. Rebate applies to sewer, solid waste, storm drainage and water. Rebate amounts vary.   Residents can visit in person to pay their utility bills at this location.
