Intensive case management for refugees, asylees, and SIV holders who have complex health issues and need assistance navigating the medical system.

Hosts a legal clinic specifically designed to address the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals and couples. This clinic is run by QLaw Foundation in partnership with the King County Bar Association. The clinic is open to everyone regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. At the clinic, an attorney will meet with clients for 30 minutes and provide individualized legal advice and information. Clinic attorneys will answer questions and provide information in a variety of areas including family law, immigration, debt and bankruptcy, divorce/dissolution, employment discrimination, and transgender legal issues.

Provides guidance and referrals to low-income immigrants and refugees living in King County who are in detention, facing removal or losing their immigration status.

Provides individualized assistance in preparation and filing of naturalization applications, including legal representation.

Chinese Information and Service Center, Asian Bar Association of Washington, and Asian Counseling and Referral Service partner with the King County Bar Association to provide a free legal clinic. Pro bono attorneys work with staff and volunteer interpreters to give consultation and legal advice around family law, immigration law, landlord-tenant disputes, employment law, and other areas. Provides an immigration clinic where clients receive a free 1-hour appointment with a volunteer immigration attorney for advice and consultation on immigration legal issues, including citizenship. ELAP does not handle asylum or removal cases. Clinic is available regardless of immigration status. Attorneys at the clinic do not provide representation or accompany clients to court.

Partners with the American Immigration Lawyers Association and community organizations across Washington to provide the following services: - Information about the naturalization process - Citizenship application assistance (N-400 – including reduced fees - and 1-912 fee waiver forms) - Legal review of applications by a volunteer attorney or accredited representative Also provides free citizenship application workshops around Washington State every year. Workshops are best for people with simple applications and for people who have the confidence/ability to represent themselves after the workshops. Others can be referred to our nonprofit partners for full service or to private attorneys.

Provides free ESL, citizenship and basic skills such as reading, writing, math and computer use classes and tutoring to adult learners. Helps learners prepare for the GED. Provides naturalization assistance to city of Seattle residents. Students enrolled in the program can receive job search assistance and individual tutoring as well.

Provides free, monthly, 30 minute legal clinics for family law and Immigration legal needs with a focus on serving the LGBTQ Latinx community. Volunteer attorneys work with clients to identify legal needs, potential legal actions and connect clients to further community legal services.   Assists with Office of Immigrant & Refugee Affairs (OIRA) legal clinics, with a particular focus on Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program recipients and their family members.   Helps clients prepare for citizenship by confirming eligibility and providing free naturalization classes and workshops.    Lawyers and legal volunteers assist clients complete their N-400 naturalization petition and reviews them for accuracy.

Offers a free, one-day legal clinic to help eligible legal permanent residents apply for U. S citizenship. Volunteer immigration lawyers, paralegals and interpreters will be on site to help eligible permanent residents successfully fill out the citizenship application (N-400).
